RULES:
- This is an OPEN pageant. Contestants from any Kentucky county may enter.
- Contestant must have reached her thirteenth birthday and cannot have reached her sixteenth birthday by October 31st, 2024.
- Must present proof of age* and entry fee of $40.00 with entry form.
- Contestants may attend an optional practice on Saturday, June 8th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Bullitt County Fairgrounds.
- Contestants cannot be or ever have been married or given birth to a child.
- Contestants cannot be pregnant.
- Contestants must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited Kentucky school system.
- Winner will participate at state pageant in October 2024, runner-up accepted should the winner become ineligible.
- Winner from the previous year is ineligible.
- Contestants will compete in the interview portion of the competition at 6:00 p.m. on pageant day.
- Judges’ decisions are final!
- Contestants must compete in the following attire:
- Sportswear (also to be worn for interview): Denim shorts or skirt of an appropriate length, solid t-shirt of any color, white socks and tennis shoes
- Evening gown of any style or color.
*Proof of age may be any item that states the contestants’ name and date of birth. Examples include, but are not limited to: immunization certificates, insurance cards, birth certificates or any other official document. Proof of age does not require a photo ID!
