RULES:
- This is an OPEN pageant. Contestants from any Kentucky county may enter.
- Contestant must have reached her sixteenth birthday and cannot have reached her twenty-second birthday by October 31st, 2024.
- Must present proof of age and entry fee of $50.00 with entry form.
- Contestants may attend an optional practice on Saturday, June 8th, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. at the Bullitt County Fairgrounds.
- Contestants cannot be or ever have been married or given birth to a child.
- Contestants cannot be pregnant.
- Contestants may be sponsored by a Bullitt County organization or business.
- Winner must participate at state pageant in January 2025. Runner-up accepted should winner become ineligible.
- Winner must assist the 2024 Bullitt County Little Miss and Mister during their state pageant in August 2024
- Winner is encouraged to attend fair daily.
- Winner from the previous year is ineligible.
- Judges decisions are final!
- Contestants must participate in the following attire:
- Interview attire: Any style or color
- Swimwear: Solid color, one piece
- Evening Gown: Any style or color
14. Contestants will compete in an off stage interview beginning at 6 p.m. on pageant day.
